Been a year in use and still like them above the many I have used in the past.

It is hard to figure out where the touch zones are. I had a lower priced earbud that worked perfectly. These are quirky. They connect to my phone sometimes and other times they won't connect when I attempt to manually connect them . I regret buying these. My old beats earbuds cost less and worked flawlessly. SMH!!!!!!!

The Buds2 Pro have better active noise canceling and their size is better. Everything else about them is worse than the Buds Pro. Sound quality is better on the Buds Pro, ambient amplification is better on the Buds Pro, battery life is better on the Buds Pro.

They really stand out. The noise canceling has improved as well. Since I have longer hair my regular head phones like to fall off sometimes. She likes how long they maintain a charge and the active noise canceling. Sound is pretty good and the fitment is ok. She can't quite find the perfect fit between the smallest cushions and the mid sized ones.

Bought them to use with my TV and, when they work, they're pretty good. But the seamless switching between devices is a joke and, on several occasions, I've put them in only to find that I had no usable volume. Some time later, they usually start working okay for no apparent reason. Can't get them to connect to their dedicated app, and Google gave me a laundry list of things I need to try to get them to work. That's too much work to have to do every few weeks, so I guess I'll just have to cut my losses and buy a different brand to replace them.

We appreciate your candor as we strive to make improvements on the functionality and performance of our product line. Samsung offers a 12-month warranty on your product for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Galaxy Buds have a quick Bluetooth connection switching feature that allows you to easily connect additional Samsung devices. While using this feature, you can easily switch your Bluetooth connection between multiple devices that have signed into the same Samsung account because the pairing information of the earbuds will be synced to other devices that are using the same Samsung account. No need to pair each device individually. If the earbuds do not connect to your device, the connection pop-up window does not appear, or your device can't find the earbuds, tap and hold both of the touchpads of the earbuds' while wearing them to enter manual Bluetooth pairing mode. Once you have entered the Bluetooth pairing mode, you will hear a sound. Please take note that you will not be able to use this method if you are playing music and you have set the volume adjustment as a preset tap-and-hold feature. If you have multiple Bluetooth audio devices connected to your mobile device, you can use the Media or Devices panel on Android 10 or higher phones to switch connections between the different devices.
