The noise cancelling in these is great, and I have 0 complaints about the sound quality. When speaking on the phone, everyone said they could hear me just fine through these.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. In the past, you may have worn earbuds that either pinched your ears or were too loose. Both options are equally uncomfortable, whether you're out jogging or just listening to music. Thankfully, you'll never have those problems with your Samsung earbuds. If they aren't fitting right, you can simply swap the earbud tips and wingtips. If you wear your buds correctly, it will help ensure they remain comfortable while providing the best sound and call quality possible. With the Buds2 Pro, you can use the Earbud fit test to make sure you’re wearing them correctly. From the Galaxy Wearable app, tap Earbud settings, and then tap Earbud fit test. Ear buds connect easily and good audio. Can hear her well when she is using them. No comment on durability as she has only had them since Christmas

Although theyre not as feature packed as the other brands, the synergy and simplicity is literally all you need. They just work (if you have a Samsung decice others will still work but not be as seemless). Faster than light instant pairing as soon as you open the case. The comfort of these buds are second to none; the Sony linkbuds s are literally equal in comfort so you can say 1a and 1b. If you have a Galaxy or Samsung device, its a no brainer.
