Tap function sucked because it was easily triggered anytime i wanted to adjust the pods. It was uncomfortable in the ear. Noise canceling sucked. I could hear a lot of the outside workd. Couldn’t even tell if it was on because of that. I went back and pod the Air Pod Pro 2. So much better in general.

I really hope Samsung can work out this issue because I love the sound quality.

My grandson uses the buds when in the tractors and other equipment which are quite noisy. The music quality is better on the samsung then the last brand he used.
