Often the left headphones will stop working altogether and since I got them the left microphone has not worked. I have gone all Samsung and love the brand but I think these need a bit more work. Hopefully, it is just the pair I happened to get and I can get a replacement set.

I tried everything from cleaning it to resetting them, etc and it still did the noise. Other than that they were great but it didn't make sense to me to stay with them if I wouldn't be able to use the ANC feature after paying $200+. I even exchanged them in hopes the first pair had something wrong with it but the second pair also did the same thing so I returned them.
