Stay away from Samsung

Thankfully Best Buy allows you to return items. That is why they will continue to get my business. Samsung doesn't follow through with their promises. I was told I would receive free AKG headphones years ago for a pre-order, but instead they gave me some worthless Fortnite code. No idea what that even is. Get the Sony buds.

I asked for white, store i was at sent me another store picked them up opened them they were graphite. Already opened the box. The first store had the graphite in stock.

Keeps breaking

In less than a month the charging contacts stop functioning on one earbud and it’s unable to charge and unable to be used. I’ve cleaned the charging contacts with no positive results. Hopefully the third pair will last. I’ve already spent over $100 in geek squad service plans.

Loud ringing when using noise canceling

Tried cleaning and every other solution found on various blogs...apparently its a common issue.
