And they both do the same thing after a while become nothing but static noise. Would not recommend these

Went to the doctor and it's an ear infection thanks to Samsung. Over a month and still dealing with it. I assumed my buds afterwards. This is a thing. I googled it and was surprised. Apparently this started with last year's model when they switched to a different material

The sound is garbage and seems to amplify rather than reduce the background noise. I will be returning.

I pre-ordered these, only to be seriously disappointed. They didn't come with additional size ear inserts - just one size, don't fit tight and won't stay in. The app says, poor fit, change your ear piece but there are none. I'll stick to my beats and return these - total waste of money.

Getting them into pairing mode is a HUGE hastle. It took forever to pair them with my iPhone and the Galaxy Buds app for my iPhone never recognized them. I'm returning them and getting Bose Quietcomfort.
