Surely I'm missing something! There is NO custom equalizer or the ability to change the equalizer settings and save them as presets??? YOU'VE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME !! Let me first say that I LOVE Samsung products. All my kitchen appliances and most of the electronics, TVs, tablets, laptops, soundbars and even a vacuum cleaner in my house are Samsung. I had the S22 Ultra and now own the S23 Ultra. My wife also has an S22. I have bought and tried every major brand of earbuds over the years including Apple, Beats, Sony, Samsung, Jabra, JBL, etc. My favorite earbuds ever are Jaybird Vistas. I have both Vista 1 and Vista 2. They stay in my ear and SOUND GREAT with an unlimited number of customized equalizers that are saved under my Jaybird account and show on every device I have, tablet, phone, etc. The Vista 1 doesn't have ANC and the ANC on the Vista 2 isn't the best, so I set out to find an updated set of buds (a new toy) that match the best attributes of the Jaybirds, with better ANC. I tried all of the newest, latest and greatest with only the Active Jabra 7 Pro meeting the qualifications, then it occured to me that it's been a couple of years since I used Samsung buds, so I bought these today and after only a few minutes with them I WAS BLOWN AWAY!! They sounded good, but for a $230 set of earbuds (on sale for $199) NOT to have a customizable EQ but only offered 6 PRESETS was UNBELIEVABLE to me !! Even the inexpensive earbuds I buy for my grandkids have the ability to change the EQ settings. (I know that Android has an EQ but we all know that it doesn't work well as it lowers the volume when used.) WOW !! I can't believe that Samsung made such a great high-tech set of earbuds and then left out one of the most basic features that all earbuds, earphones, TVs and audio devices usually have, a customizable equalizer !! I'm still scratching my head over that HUGE omission.

Battery life could be a little better, and fit is alright but again getting a good deal is a little tricky, maybe some different tips would help with that. And when I use the software on my Sony phone, it's not exactly the same level of usability as it would be on a Samsung but out of the box these things are tuned very very well. A lot better than you'd think! If sound is what matters most, I think these have the ticket to giving you a little bit of everything balanced out to the right degree. I'd still say worth it, especially at discount!

I read about these, and purchased them at my local BB. The sound of these is amazing. I had a pair of Jabre that I really liked, and I prefer the Jabre hard switches within each bud as controls as opposed to the Bud2 P{ro touch controls. But the sound qualify of the Biud2 Pro genuinely exceeds that of my former buds across multiple music genres. Bass is solid, but so are the mid-range sounds, the distin ctive sounds and instruments that emerge (especially in music I have heard many times). The mid-highs and highs are almost piercing, not brash, just clear and powerful. I also love the way these integrate with the Wearables app on my Galaxy S22. These buds will sound good on anything, I have no doubt, but they go work well with Samsung devices. They are very comfortable. I was worried, as the default ear tubes felt pretty bad, but I installed the largest of the batch, and they fit just perfect. These are very comfortable, and do not protrude so much. The noise concellation, controlled by the Wearable app on my phone works quite well. I have had no trouble with connectdions. I listen to music, a phone call comes in, I answer, the music automatically stops, then call ends, and the music automatically starts back up. Great. I didn't have to learn anything, it just lhappened automatically. I am still learning how to use these, the more subtle features and commands, and trying to get fluent on the basic commands. I'm enjoying the procless. The bottom line: theses sound really good. I am very plelased with my purchase, and I'm gload I purchased when I did, this past Monday, because they were 169US, and now they are 239US.

I've been through a lot of earbuds. These fit perfectly and comfortably. I send alot of time traveling on a plane and I can wear these for hours without any irritation.

Great headphones sound is on point. Last a long time when listening to music i recommend these to everyone that ask about them

Had the bose quiet comfort 2. They were great, but once i got these set them to dynamic, they offeread a clearer sound than the bose could ever deliver. The sound stage sounded much bigger as well. Samsung won me over with these. Plus i have a Samsung fold 5 and a watch 5 pro, so it made even more sense to get the puds 2 pro. Better features and experience since im already in the Samsung ecosystem.

These earbuds are mediocre. They have a lot of technical issues.

Loved them, good noise cancellation and doesn't fall off ears like my old live buds.

Great sound quality and fit. The noise cancellation is very effective in the office to screen out unnecessary distractions. Taking phone calls is seemless and again makes the conversation very clear without external distractions. The wireless charging case is great because it not only charges the earbuds while stored, but you can charge case on a charging pad while using the ear buds.

The sound is pretty decent for what you pay. Honestly, it outperforms some of my more expensive earbuds. I would recommend changing the EQ off of normal. I prefer dynamic, but everybody has their own preferences. I should also mention I'm using this on a Galaxy s23 Ultra in my own experience I can walk around my entire house without it losing connection so it's range is pretty good

These have really good reviews, but i just can't relate for some reason. I've had these almost 2 years and have seldom used them. For context, I have also used Jabra earbuds for many years, mainly for working out and also Sony earbuds for more casual use. The reason i purchased these is because the call quality on the Jabras was not great, and they are pretty bass heavy. The Galaxy buds have much better call quality but the bass is almost non existent, even with EQ. And the biggest issue for me personally... Was the fit. These do not fit securely in my ear at all. I tried all the tips. They always feel like they want to fall off. So even though i like the seamless connection with my other samsung devices, i just wish the fit was alot better and that the sound was a bit fuller. I also did not think the NC was very good at all. Especially compared to my Sony or Jabra earbuds.

Samsung earbuds are awesome! I love this produce. You can't lose them!
