Won't hold a charge past 3 hours. Contacted online tech support Oct 14, said I need to take them back to the store. I live 1200 miles away. . THAT'S not going to happen. Felt "OK" in my ear, but not great. I can deal with it as the sound was good, but the charge issue is a big one for me; they're good for about half of my workday and then they're done till they recharge. Hard pass

Tried all methods of troubleshooting and no fix. The pair of buds i had before these, the original Galaxy Buds, broke after 6 years of normal use, which I didnt see as a problem. Im more mad that these didn't even last more than 15 months with very little use. Second, they never truly stayed in my ears. I had to overwork them and shove them in my ears every time, always doing a head shake test to ensure they were secure. Even then, they sometimes just pop out. Im looking elsewhere, like Sony or Raycon.
