We would love to help you troubleshoot the features and functionality of your earbuds that are not meeting your expectations. For the fit of your earbuds we have a great article available titled "How to wear your Samsung earbuds" and recommend doing a fit test with your earbuds connected in the Samsung Wearables App. We also have a great article for the battery titled "All about your Samsung earbuds’ battery life" and will highlight that the battery life of your device will be longer if you are using the Ambient Sound setting rather than the ANC. For the connection we have a few articles we recommend browsing titled "Galaxy Buds disconnect from phone often" and "Connection issues with Samsung earbuds". Lastly for the audio quality, if you haven't done so already in the settings you can adjust the equalizer to an audio profile that aligns to your preferences. You might be wearing the earbuds incorrectly, or the buds could have accumulated dust or debris.
