    Poor battery life and fit.

Okay sound quality, nothing to write home about, it's pretty standard. However, battery life for the earbuds and case is ABYSMAL and will not last you a day. Be prepared to charge them frequently throughout the day. Cherry on top is that they don't stay in your ears well either. Hard to believe Skullcandy wireless earbuds are better quality than these.

    I'm sorry, what was that?

The sound is great -- better than my Pixel Buds Pro -- BUT the huge downside is a constant ringing tone in the left ear bud. Searching online I see a suggestion to reset the ear buds, but that has only worked for the first time I use them after the reset. It makes this a waste of money if I want to keep my hearing.

Hey Mary! We appreciate you taking the time to reach out and share your honest feedback on the Galaxy Buds2 Pro. The Buds2 Pro features 2-way speakers, including a 10mm woofer for deep bass and a 5.3mm tweeter for crisp treble. To get the best sound quality and fit, it’s important to wear them correctly; this enhances comfort and helps keep them in your ears. Before wearing, ensure the earbud tips are attached properly. Insert the earbuds following the direction of your ear canal, and if necessary, rotate them or try a different size. You can check the fit using the earbud fit test in the Galaxy Wearable app by navigating to "Earbuds settings," selecting "Earbud fit test," and following the prompts to assess your fit. The app will inform you whether the fit is "Poor" or "Good," allowing you to make adjustments as needed. If you have any further concerns or questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at Support. -Kelvin Samsung

Causes ear irritation and ear infections!!!

I have used Samsung earbuds for a very long time. I got the Earbuds Pro 2 for Christmas last year and was excited. Over the past year, I have had 4 really bad ear infections, not thinking my earbuds were the issue. However, every time I stopped wearing them my ears cleared up. I would then wear them again and another ear infection. After doing some digging, I have found out that I am not the only person having this issue. Why did Samsung not let us know this. I would really like to get my money back but I do not know how to in touch with them. I am really disappointed. I would not recommend them.

Should be a zero star. My 20 dollar buds sound better, play louder. This are so low, at the gym they are worthless. Yes there's an adjustment, does not help. Also Samsung demands every option in your phone now, everything, email, messages, and on and on. Never buy Samsung anything again.

WORST HEADPHONES I HAVE EVER OWNED.

If you like headphones, that randomly stop working all the time, then, these are the ones for you. Imagine you’re out on a run, miles away, and all the sudden you get this loud, high-pitched, whining, noise, blaring from one of the ear buds. or you’re out on a run and one of them just suddenly stops working, and then you got to wait till you get home and re-sync the headphones to the device. I thought for the longest time it was my iPhone, but I just upgraded my iPhone, and I still the same issue. I also have the same issue with my Samsung pixel five and six. These are by far the worst headphones I’ve ever bought And I do not recommend you buy a pair. The only thing I can give them credit for they do stay in your ear.

    Beware of infections

Sound and connectivity were great but the same ear infection problems happened again. I wore them the first day I bought them for maybe 4 hours, I had a raging ear infection later that night. I returned them immediately after. I only bought them because I had read samsung fixed the ear problems, they didn't.

    terrible audio

I don't know how this product got such high ratings. I bought them because of the ratings, but when my airpods died, i wanted a replacement based on reviews. The biggest issue i had was that the audio quality was terrible. I can hear the incoming fine, but the outgoing call sounds muffled or distant on the receiving end. I tried with many friends/family and switched to new phones and it's the same. The other issue i had was they keep falling out of my ears! I've changed the earbud rubber covers and they still fall out, especially if i talk. Super annoying. I spoke to Samsung several times, they couldln't figure it out. They supposedly gave me a new replacement, but the results were exactly the same. I'm very disappointed with these earbuds. Maybe they're not designed to work with iphones??

Spent way too much for them not to last 90days

They were perfect for maybe the first 2 months then the sound just started sounding turned down, and no i didn't have the ambient option on. I basically use them now to listen to music in an already quiet area. Also i cant even put my phone in my back pocket without connection issues.

    Don't count on Samsung warranty

This is my third set of buds from Samsung and by far the worst. The quality and integration is bad, and I have experienced two different defective issues in the first 10 months of ownership. Samsung just wants me to keep dropping them off at the service center rather than just replace them. Die hard Samsung fan for 2 decades will be moving on to a company that values their customers and stands behind their products.

I used these for about a month before i gave up on them. I work in a loading and unloading dock site, so there's various hazards. I always had the ambient sound on to hear my surroundings, heres the MAIN ISSUE with these in my opinion, when theres loud sounds, these headphones try to block out the noise, so it would switch from ambient sound to noise cancelling, sometimes it would switch back, and other times i would have to hold it. Other than that sound wise it was medicore at best.
