Good but hard to save docs to computer

There are some things that we have been struggling with and that is installing programs and very hard to figure how to save documents onto the computer. Note: this computer uses USB-C connections so make sure you have an adapter if your needing to use an USB type device with this computer.

Completely false claims of 2-in-1 Capabilities

Samsung is falsely advertising this Chromebook as a 2-in-1. Reversing the hinges to use as a standing tablet damages the hinges. There are pending lawsuits due to this issue.

The build quality is also very nice and I like the clean style. The keyboard is very good as well. The keys are a little shallow, but once you get used to them, it feels like a much more expensive laptop. The celeron version with 4gb is a little under powered, even for a Chromebook. It may just be that the good things about this machine make you feel like it should be faster. My other Chromebook is an HP with an i3 and twice the memory and it really blows this one away, in terms of performance. That said, it was a little more expensive than this one. Battery life is good too. I've streamed baseball and still have hours left. If you're looking for a sharp-looking Chromebook to mostly stream or do some light computing, this is a great option. If you use alot of apps and once or open a bunch of tabs, this may not be the model for you.
