Amazing school laptop

I use it for schoolwork, entertainment, and browsing. At this time I cannot recommend this device because of the dramatic decrease in battery life, display malfunctions, and poor sound. Even for a budget device I think I could've gotten more value elsewhere. Battery Life: Between working and streaming I can rely on this chromebook for 5 MAYBE 6 hours of uninterrupted use. If I don't turn it off or plug it in overnight it will absolutely be dead in the morning (7-8hrs later) even if it's closed. Display malfunction: Day 1, straight out of the box, while watching a video I noticed this saturation glitch. The display will go back and forth between a slightly more and slightly less saturation. Not a HUGE deal but it's annoying and noticeable. Poor sound: This thing sucks for sound in terms of volume. If you're not planning to use headphones, forget it. I have an iPhone 13 pro max that is louder at full volume than this chromebook.

Enough power and memory for most who are looking to access the internet and for streaming videos. I use it for travel without any stored files or information on the unit in case it is lost or stolen.
