Not only does my work require my laptop but I am also a full time college student. The memory is good for the price and it has yet to slow down on me for how much I have stored.

Would anything get the job done? Yeah, probably. This one, though, has a nice smooth screen, BACKLIT KEYBOARD (yesssss), and that red finish is eye-catching. Bought this on a sale, no regrets.

Chrome interface has a learning curve and does not allow the use of many Android apps in the Play store.

The keys were all there and working. Touch screen has no problems. Great price it was a Great deal. I would definitely buy a reboxed laptop from Best Buy again and they brought it to me sitting in my car.

ChromeBook is fabulous - if your not using apps - you do not need a Windows machine. I surf/email/ and watch TV in bed with this device -perfomance/battery life is great for a home user -

I will say that there are a few programs that I cant run on here because it's a Chromebook, but it really isn't a big deal. I love how compact and lightweight it is. The charger is great and not too bulky.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. It's normal for the fan to get louder if the PC is working hard, and it should quiet down when your task is complete. Gaming and video rendering are notorious for pushing a computer as well. If the fan is running hard during normal use, there's a few things that can be done. Check out, "Samsung PC cooling fan noise" to learn more about your cooling fan noise. It came pretty much brand new out of the box. The only thing missing was the guide. I use it for college. I take down all my notes on it and can watch movies and shows. If there is a downside the speakers aren't that loud. I have big hands and this thing is thin. I handle it like picking up a baby.
