Very nice Chromebook, fit and finish is excellent. Great screen, this is my first Chromebook, replaced a dated PC. Only negative is it doesn't allow one to scan from a printer to the Chromebook, otherwise a very nice machine.

Easy to order and reasonably priced for our non-profit. Would order again from Best Buy

I bought this for my elderly father as his first computer. He’s loves it, it’s easy for him to use and it has a good amount of battery life.

I use it only to do online payments , check emails and sometime watch movies. Image its great .

It works well for what i need it to do, and thats just to use it for school, and the picture quality is great so watching shows and movies on here is also good

Light and fun. Display is good. Not the best fit for use. Swapped it with Acer spin Wich turned out to be a much better product.

Bought this little machine for my 7 year old. Love that it has a metal lid. The QLED screen is vibrant and easy on the eyes. It has great sound. Highly recommend this for kids. Very sleek and user friendly.

For a chromebook it was a solid device, but right out the box it had fan issues. The fan sound sounded like it was scraping at the bottom of the laptop so as a brand new purchase I took it back for a return

Purchased for a high school student and she loves it. Easy to setup and link to school/personal accounts.

I wish I could give this product a lower rating, but If I did, I would not be allowed to write a review. I purchased this at a very low price, from BEST BUY. The low price should have tipped me off but I just thought I was lucky. I should have known better. Samsung was dumping defective merchandise. The hinges that they use are too fragile for the purpose. I noticed the screen was sticking up on opening. Getting more difficult to open. I finally looked up loose/sticking hinges on Samsung Chromebooks. I was greeted with page after page describing the problem . The horrifying conclusion? That with repeated use, you know, like opening and closing the laptop, the screen stands a very good chance of breaking. Thus rendering the computer useless. I went to the Geek Squad at the Pleasant Hill, Ca. store and they told me that I was Sh%t out of luck. The 1 year warranty doesn't cover physical damage. Physical damage, you know, like opening and closing a laptop. So now I have a laptop that is playing the part of a desk top. It turns out that there are numerous class action lawsuits against Samsung for this very issue of defective hinges on various products, not just Chromebooks. I have a Samsung TV and phone and when it comes time to replace them, I will buy anything other than a Samsung. They are a shoddy company flogging shoddy merchandise. I am so done with them.

Not a bad Chromebook indeed however there are a few things to point out 1) 2 USB-C ports and not one USB-A port to use is a bit of a pain. Work around is a hub which I got but one would have been nice 2) The battery percentage might as well not be there as it is varies WILDLY and is never accurate. 3) while I do like the keyboard it is very flat, raised even a bit would have been slightly better for typing out. Backlighting on it is also very dim, why even have it? With that being said, being a Samsung product, I expected more from; especially with the price tag attached.
