But I feel duped, because I was missing the wall charger. When I initially opened the package I thought maybe it only came with the black cable and I had to buy the wall adaptor, but after watching many unboxing videos and reviews I realized this computer should’ve came with a white charging cable and the adaptor. I spoke to customer service who said I have to return it if it’s missing parts as it’s a manufacturing issue. Does Samsung not have quality control people? Now I have to return it, but I had gotten it on sale so I’m super bummed out. And it’s either that or buy the adaptor myself which is totally unfair. Other than that, I only issue I noticed was a slight lag on the track pad, but I didn’t really mind it.

Unfortunately, I can not recommend it. It's too fragile. The screen cracked within 3 months of normal use. The device was never dropped. There was no trauma. But screen cracks are not covered by the warranty. So that cost $365 to repair. The screen and bezel panel is very thin. It exhibits a small amount of flex in regular use. The tension created from regular opening and closing the screen is too much for the design. (There are no protective cases available for this model.) So either get an extended warranty that covers screen damage or forget it.

When I was reading about the Computer I missed a bunch of stuff that I need to have in a Computer to run my Business. So basically I just bought the wrong kind of Computer. But for the most part the Computer seems to be good. Has a great Picture and everything but the Speed is Great! I would say the Speed of this Computer is O.K. at most.
