You can only use a Google account on this. Since I bought this for school work (and have a .edu email with all my school stuff) this product would not work. I tried contacting Best Buy, my university, and Samsung customer support and all said that Chromebook can only do Google and Gmail things. Very disappointing. This product also seems unable to use a wireless mouse and the "accessability" settings aren't able to make the text large enough to be visible for those who have a harder time reading small text. If you're looking for a product that you'd only use a gmail account with and you don't have a need to adjust text size, this would be a product for you. If you have an email address that isn't Gmail, like using a mouse, or need larger text size, this isn't the right product.

Perfect combination of performance, quality and value. Works great with most of the Android apps for mobile.

I didn’t understand what I was buying when I chose this chrome book. I am a PC gal and after three days of struggling with this I returned it for an HP laptop.

If you are a student it is better to buy windows , it is exactly like a phone that has a keyboard + stopped working within 9 months

its perfect if your not a gamer - i purchased this laptop after reading chromebook’s can be used for Virtual reality games , i would like to access the rift store with my quest 2 headset but after waiting a week or two for the link cable to come i quickly learned i couldn’t play the games at the quality i would like , so i returned it - just know this laptop is more like an ipad and for $100-$200 more u can get something alot more powerful for games

It’s a good laptop, the fan is pretty loud though.

Cheap flimsy laptop. The screen is just drop down beautiful but I felt like the laptop would break in a matter of seconds

Being able to use this as a true tablet and a true laptop, switching from one to the other easily, is fantastic! The transition is smooth and quick. I typically use my desktop more than any other device, but this is quickly taking the place of that for all but gaming. The ease of connecting other devices to it and the options available for that make it well worth having.

Very sleek and stylish, but kind of luxury more than functionality> would recommend if heavy in graphics/videos.

The Samsung galaxy chromebook 2 is a convenient computer with the key board option and touch pad or screen option. It is a learning challenge from the apple mac and takes time to adapt to the new format. I would recommend the computer with the knowledge of a new challenge in your life. Transfer from apple was easily done. Caps key could use an update and delete key is one character at a time.

Awesome. This product definitely meets the requirements that i was looking for.

This one is heavier. I couldn't connect my blue tooth mouse. The first one had an S Pen.
