Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.after having a chromebook for years i've never been so annoyed, simply because I forgot my old gmail password it wants me to reset everything. even with two step verification. picking a number that's displayed on both phone and chromebook... that's not enough you want me to put in the password I forgot because I go through them like a yummy candy. I'm so annoyed I had a lot of saved photos, videos on here and art work ;/ regret buying this right now, I wanna throw it in a lake. guess it's on me though for not backing it up before I decided to forget my password *rolls eyes* first world problems. not something I wanted to deal with tonight. so annoyed

Just a little over 1 year( and with very minimal use- like once or twice per week to ck email or place an order online) it no longer turned on. The problem is it needs a new port for the power plug in. Nobody is able to source that part including BEST Buy or Thomson. The customer service was absolutlely horrible, with no call backs as promised. $400.00 down the drain, it is criminal, really!!

Won't get another samsung, called samsung and best buy before warranty was up, neither cared about the quality. Fortunately, they replaced it as was cheaper than fix, so i got a different brand.
