It’s great machine in this price as compared to MacBook Air I have both I bought this for my son believe me I like this more than my MacBook and the freedom of used an application and storage extension compatibility. This one is a lot better than the MacBook Air I don’t know much about the security. We are using more than two months we don’t have an issue. I definitely recommend this product.

This is an excellent chromebook. My know knock on it is that it is quite expensive for what you get. The screen looks great and is plenty fast. The keyboard is the only item that is not great on it.

Amazing resolution and very good speed. Are you going to play AAA games? That's not what this was built for. Excellent office usage and general home usage. Keeps a charge very well and is very quiet.

Works just fine! Love the sleek look, screen looks great. No distracting apps can be installed. But wish the Google books app was atleast available. You can add Kindle to ur bookmarks and use as a tablet tho!

Light weight, 6-7 hours on one charge AND charging is so fast. It's a small laptop, easy to travel with, and instead of paying for MS Word, I use free Google Docs and save money.

I love my new laptop. I bought it for my first semester of college. It's slim and the screen is big. I love the color. I also like it because it can turn into a pad. It's very functional.

Love this! Super fast and easy to set up. The color is awesome but the outside does show fingerprints, but not bad enough to take any points off. Highly recommend for anyone that uses Chrome.

Fiesta Red rules while everyone else has that GRAY color. The Red really pops as does the power! Lightweight and effortless to use. This ain't your kid's Chromebook.

Responsive and does all I need it to do for personal computing. I'd prefer a little more from the keyboard, but this checks the boxes for fast, good picture, versatile and easy to use.

I got flack for buying a chromebook because "it wasn’t a $1600 gaming machine". I dont game - I use it for school & research. I have a 15.6" HP Envy x360 thats 9 years old now whose on life support but other than the battery runs a little slow. After weeks of research and indecisiveness I pulled the on this one and this is what I like. You open it up and its ready to go no start up. The screen is crisp and gets brighter than I need it. Web apps open and load virtually instantly noticeably fast compared to my HP. 13" is incredibly portable and light i can lift it with one hand and the finish feels premium. Love the superfast usb-c charger & charges my s24 rapidly, short charge to full, battery lasts multiple days between charge, heavy use would say 10 hours. Keyboard is not backlitt & screen is touch - features I guess, dont personally care for them. Switching from microsoft to google productivity apps is a breeze. Specs wise anything higher would just be overkill and at a higher pricetag.

Brought this unit for my wife. she like it a lot. She loves the color. It responds very well to her tastes. It very fast.

This is an excellent Chromebook. This Chromebook is a slightly "detuned" version of the original Galaxy. They dropped the graphics back to FHD from 4K. 4K is great for a 60 inch TV set, but is NOT needed on a laptop. The FHD screen takes less power to illluminate and fewer machine cycles to paint. Thus, the battery life in this Chromebook is much improved over the orginal 4K version. I also own the Asus C436 Flip which is also an excellent. However, the keyboard on this Samsung is visually better than the on on the Asus. The Asus keyboard has grey keys which makes the letters difficult to see in some lighting conditions.

Bought this for my Mom as a birthday gift. Fiesta Red of course. She absolutely loved it. About 2 weeks in, the touch screen lost function. After some time with the Geek Squad, no solutions was found. Best Buy was great and immediately initiated a replacement. Geek Squad was great to deal with also, said my parents. This was a disappointment to me. I wanted this to be a "perfect" gift for my Mom. I hate that she had to go through aggravation on her gift. That being said, I'm thankful that Best Buy was great on making things right. So far the replacement has been great. My Mom absolutely LOVES her Chromebook, especially the RED color.
