I've been in the Google/Android ecosystem for over a decade, but this is my first Chromebook. Getting it setup was about as easy as just signing into my Google Account and letting it automatically download the apps I use. If you haven't used a Chromebook before, it's essentially a large phone/tablet with a keyboard attached. It operates more like your phone than a Windows device. I do wish it had a slightly better processor, but it's very efficient with the one it has. Battery life is fantastic and I haven't had to plug it back in yet after roughly 7 hours of use. I am loving the simplicity of this device compared to a full fledged laptop. Everything works quickly and smoothly with no bloatware or constant update requests. The layout and design are simple and functional, and the size is perfect for traveling. Being able to flip this into a tablet mode or put it in tent mode is great for watching a movie on an airplane. If you rent a movie through Google Play you can download it to a Chromebook for offline viewing, which is a great feature to have. The screen is bright and the colors are natural. The keyboard takes a little getting used to as the keys are slightly different from a PC keyboard, but you get used to it. For general everyday use, especially if you travel, this is a great solution and I highly recommend it, particularly for those already in the Google ecosystem. It's quick and lightweight with long battery life and a nice screen. I have no complaints. If you need something very simple and affordable, I highly recommend this Chromebook.

I have had many Chromebooks over the years. I love their fast boot times, battery life and speedy processors. This one is no exception. Very easy to set up. Display is crystal clear and bright. Battery life is as advertised, I am getting at least 7-8 hours per charge. Able to have multiple windows open at a time with no lag. Very appealing with the sliver case and black keyboard. Very lightweight. Nice to have 2 USB-C charging ports, one on either side. Touchscreen is very responsive and tablet mode is great for watching videos. Would be nice to have an illuminated keyboard but that is not to common. Sound is adequate for a unit of this size.I can now see and send messages thru my Galaxy phone on this unit. It is great that you can now get almost all apps thru the Playstore (that was one of the drawbacks from early Chromebooks) Some apps are still not optimized for laptop sized screens. You can also lock and unlock your Chromebook thru your phone. Overall very satisfied and would recommend.

I bought to play games, so far ALL I got on it is Fallout NV. No mods. The computer can barely pull it off and needs to be charging while I play, otherwise it'll die in about an hour.

It's slugish. Great screen quality though. Google ads are a major problem when browsing the web on this also.

Great size and light weight. Cons: screen and mouse pad are very slow to respond. The screen color is not always the best.

the clarity is great and has its pros and cons the price is too high for the quality of the laptop not really impressed with it. for the price you could find a better quality laptop.

The Samsung Chromebook 2 360 is a new entry level model in the Galaxy line. It comes with an Intel Celeron N4500 dual core processor which is rated for 1.1GHz with a boost clock up to 2.8GHz. The display is a 12.4” WQXGA 2560x1600 LED Touchscreen. This is a full Convertible 2 in 1 so you can use it in tent mode or as a tablet. It has 4GB of ram with either a 64GB or 128GB eMMC (On board). Mine came with the 128GB model that left around 99 GBs available. There is an available microSD slot for further storage. The Chromebook is a nice strong aluminum silver chassis with very little to no flex and should hold up very well to daily use. The keyboard keys have a nice travel and I found it easy and comfortable to type with. The track pad is smooth and responsive. I didn’t have any problem with my palms. The click feels good as do the touch gestures. Overall it didn’t feel at all like a budget laptop. The battery life is rated by Samsung for 10 hours but as always it will depend on your usage. I had no problem with getting six hours with on and off use and I never ran out of battery. There are 2 USB type-C ports with one being a 3.2 version. It charges over one of the available USB type-C ports. It does come with the power supply. There is one USB type-A port and a combination of audio and mic mini jack. If you're in the market for a Chromebook the Galaxy Chromebook 2 360 doesn’t do anything great but what it does it does well and with little fuss. If you are shopping for a Chromebook or are new to computers you should have this on your list. It's affordable and does everything most people need. It should hold up well to everyday use. Samsung has done a nice job here and I find little to complain about.

Very unhappy that a brand new device is not functioning as should be. Screen flashes often and screen will not stay standing. Prior experience with Samsung corp. for defective refrigerator was nauseating and unfortunately I am going to have to deal with them for this device as well.
