    I had a Samsung Chrome book already which I loved, but it was going out, so I wanted to get another one. Very happy with this new one, except it does not have the same ports on the side for external connections as my previous one did.

    Got it on sale so it was even better. Great resolution, that's what gets you on inexpensive chromebooks. Not here. No problems so far. Very happy with this purchase.

    It's very good for surfing the web! Use Chrome to go on the internet and It's great. Try to use it for minimal gaming, it's super slow. Try connecting to any type of Guest Wi-Fi, it's slow. But use it at home for browsing the web and it's awesome! I'm really glad that i bought it open box for about half price. It's not worth retail, but it's amazing at around $275!

    Sad to report that this beautiful computer did not work for me: turning it on and setting it up is a chore! I tried several times. Had it powerwashed and am about to take it to Best Buy to be recycled. It's not eligible for trade-in value--I wonder why?

Setup does usually take some time as you decide on all the settings and features that best align to your needs.
