I tried several times. Had it powerwashed and am about to take it to Best Buy to be recycled. It's not eligible for trade-in value--I wonder why?

Setup does usually take some time as you decide on all the settings and features that best align to your needs. The supplied antivirus software would not upload. It isnt something I use regularly, but discovered a crack in the screen. I should have returned it, but I am rarely home to do so. I wont purchase open box ever again.

A fix would be appreciated. Decent otherwise.
