I pove my Chromebook! Between how lightweight it is, the 10 key, huge screen, the best purchase for my business trips!

So far, so good. First time using a Chromebook and it's a bit of a learning curve but fast, lightweight and great battery life.

Love the operating system, it is very user friendly and easy to navigate. It also has many customizable options to create your style of display. I also like the fact that it has a feature where you can use mobile apps from your phone that show up in the form of a phone on the screen but allow you to work on them as if they were mobile app phone only.

Feather light, easy to carry and commute with. Fast and pro workflow. Good batterylife and keyboard. Nice color too.

I've been using Chromebooks for business use for years. I find them more versatile than either a Windows or IOS machine. With that said this is a solid machine and can handle most of the demanding task I throw at it. My only disappointment is the camera. The quality is poor. I ended up buying an external camera. Also the speakers are kind of tinny. Samsung could have done better at the price point.

I'm usually an HP a laptop person. But I definitely love this Samsung laptop. The quality, the sleekness of the laptop. The clarity of the screen, the easiness of the keys, the battery life amazing. It's overall an amazing product. I've always been in samsung phone user, but now i'm a samsung laptop user as well, and I give this five stars

This Samsung is the 2nd one i have purchased. It is much faster than the first one and thinner. These chromebooks are great with an awesome high resolution screen and powerful processor. Samsung is the only brand i would consider based on their quality and performance.

I'm pleased with this buy. The device is surprisingly light for its size, the keyboard is comfortable, and the screen is great. Good port selection too. I'm using it for work where we can enterprise-enroll personal Chromebooks to use as additional Corp devices. I hope Samsung continues to iterate on this line of devices. I would definitely pay more to have a "retina" display resolution and 16+ GiB RAM. The "f" and "j" key tactile guides could also be larger, to guide hand placement which is off-center due to the inclusion of the num pad.

Light and fast. Excellent screen. Backlit keys. Lots of features I've been waiting for in a Chromebook. But had to get service after a few months. Could just be a lemon. Fortunately Best Buy has Excellent customer service.

I'm in love with my Samsung Chromebook lap top. It's been great and had helped me tremendously. My school work has been easier and my job allowed me to more than I thought possible.

I love using this chromebook and it is very lightweight. Display is good and it is very handy to carry.

I love how the item acually works like it was brand new. I love my samsung products and i had a Galaxy Chromebook in the last and it sucked, this one dont.

After owning this computer for over a month, I feel like I can give an honest review of it. Immediately after I set it up, I noticed the mousepad wasn't working properly or as I thought it should, mainly noticing it while scrolling (using the two finger scrolling method). After a week or two, I ordered a Samsung bluetooth mouse (from the manufacturer's website because Best Buy didn't have it). Since receiving the mouse, I haven't noticed any other issues (still have issues with mousepad). I find myself using it more than my last Chromebook, it connects easily to my other Samsung devices and appliances (Smart Things app and linking), and the number pad on the side is convenient. I love it.

This Samsung Chromebook Laptop had everything I was looking for: larger size (15.6"), backlit keyboard, higher RAM and storage memories (8GB/256GB). While there were cheaper ones, like the ones I'm seeking to replace, I would have had to sacrifice memory, size and the backlight. So this fit the bill and so far, seems to be working really well. Love the thinness of it: fits in a briefcase easily.

I switched to this Chromebook from a Macbook Air. While Chromebooks will, on it's own, never be a "do it all" machine like a Macbook or Windows laptop, they just work and are very simple to use. If you add a service like Geforce Now, which I use, it actually becomes a very good cloud service gaming machine. Particularly with the nice screen that this one has.
