My husband love the watch and it’s a great a gift.

I cannot seem to get it to work properly. It's very difficult for me to just log how much water I have consumed. I'm just using it as an semi-expensive watch. The instructions are not clear to me on how to get everything to work.

Very durable You barely know if it's there Worth it

I work out but I'm not a fitness person. So its been great at tracking my, hikes, dog walks and other light work outs. I like getting my message alerts on my watch bc I don't have my phone out all the time.

Watch stopped working after about 6 months. Will not accept charge. Still under warranty but have not reached out to Samsung yet. Note: I was happy with the watch before it crapped out. Especially like the large time display.

Had problems right from when i tried to charge it first time. The charger did not work and i called best buy and they did an exchange right away no problem. Works great now. Thanks best buy saratoga springs.

It is a great little activity tracker, once it is paired up with the phone. Pairing instruction needs to be updated to input the number or character generated by the tracker to your phone to pair!!

I thought this product was just what I wanted; however, neither myself nor the Geek Squad could get it to sync with my older Smart phone, a Six+ iPhone. I had to send it back.

After pandemic, I want to come in for a few questions. But this very non-techy person got this thing going, mapping hikes like a pro!!! Soooo happy to know how far I went and how much elevation

Got this for my wife for xmas. Quick and easy set-up and sync. Says very comfortable. Only down side is not she is constantly checking it (and telling me) how many steps taken and calories burned. :)

Definitely worth the money! Easily syncs up with my Galaxy Note 10+ and Samsung Health app. It tracks plenty of different activities and does an auto workout tracker too

Must fully charge before turning it on. I had to call Samsung for customer service. Samsung has great customer service. One fix, this device helps me keep track of my activity.

My 2 1/2 year old tracker from another brand finally crapped out, so, since I have a Samsung Galaxy 10s, I thought I'd try this one out. Not bad, but I've already returned it to Samsung because the battery barely makes it to day 3. I wish I had realized that before the now 14 days for returns to Best Buy had passed. Otherwise, I would have returned it, and bought the previous brand. It takes two (2) separate apps to get the same info contained in the other brand with one (1) app. If I had to do over, I would have just ordered the newer model of the other brand.

Bought this watch for my wife. She wanted a smart watch but something more sleek and minimal and really likes this style. Doesn't do as much as a galaxy watch but handles the essentials.

I really love this watch. Does everything I need it to do. Has helped me with increasing my step count. I can silence calls and replay back to text. Really nice for the price.

This watch has really helped with motivation to exercuse & keep moving. It will send a message to notify you of inactivity & praise you for your efforts. I love it!!

Great fitness tracker. It wears well and gives me all the information I need. Worried about the white band but so far it looks great and is comfortable.

Bought this on June 14th. Had 65 % battery out the box now June 17th battery is at 25% fully charged it will last you a week. Has a great colorful and bright screen. Highly recommend.
