Tried returning it 16 days later. I waited 1 day too long . Figured had 30 days to return. Was told nothing could be done. Very disappointing considering I’ve been shopping there for 20+ years. First item I’ve ever tried returning there. Sad.

So the following week, I picked it up and somebody helped me with it. So I was enjoying it learning how many steps I do everyday and I push myself to get to my goal of 10000 steps daily. But sad to say after a week, my second time to charge it, the charger did not work anymore. So frustrated, I will have to return it again and get my money back and just forget about it. I had Fitbit and Garmin before and I did not have any problems until the battery went out .
