Most aspects of tracker were satisfactory. However, the heart rate (a primary reason for my purchase) was woefully inaccurate. Had to return. The step tracker has issues as well. It would count steps while I was sitting still or watching TV.

I loved this tracker. However the first one died within 3 weeks. Best Buy made it easy and quick to replace it including updating the extended warranty. Then the second one died in 3 weeks so I returned it. The return and refund were hassle free!

Arrived dead, despite the fact that they usually arrive with a partial charge. Charged it for a day. Nothing. Rotated the watch in the charger, and charged it for a day. Nothing. It arrived without a charge, and would never even acknowledge that it was on the charger. So it either arrived dead and with a defective charger, or the tracker itself was defective. Kudos to Best Buy for accepting the return so easily. I'm debating whether to give the device another chance by buying a second one, but I'm admittedly wary.

VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE STORE. Do not buy anything from the store or online. I got a galaxy fit activity tracker, and I went to return it since it was not liked by my mother, but the store or online customer service would not take it because I was late by 2 days, instead of 15 days I went on day 17. I saw the same item on Amazon for same price and i didnt buy it, but that was the mistake. Amazon has an awesome return policy where best buy still stuck with their old mentality. Such a poor service.

I actually loved the Samsung Galaxy Fit. The features were great and it was nice how it interacted with my Samsung phone. Unfortunately it died after only a week. I'm undecided about replacing it.

Worked for one day. Didn't like the strap or display. With my luck on smart watches, I'll go back to using dumb ones and save the frustration of them not working.

Great watch, if it worked. Features were great for about a month before sleep tracking and the BPM stopped. Tried several updates, restarts, etc. No luck.

Step tracker is not reliable, it is overly sensitive. Steps are consistently added while sitting at a desk. It once told me I was asleep for an hour and a half while at work (I wasn't). Multiple times, it gave the message "you have been inactive for over an hour" when I was actually walking around. It has also given the message "great workout" while sitting. Very unhappy. Wish I would have returned it rather than try different settings.

I had a terrible experience with this purchased. I bought the first one, and returned within less than a week due to mal functioning. They replaced for the second one and within a few days started acting up, and would not work. I returned to one store in second Massachusetts and the staff was very rude. I will not purchase another product from Best buy again.

Wore this for a couple months and the band broke. Contacted Samsung and they told me that they dont sell any bands for the galaxy fit.

It works but not to my satisfaction. It is supposed to link up to your phone through the app. It often loses contact with the app and cannot reconnect. It is frustrating. I am a big guy and this is not designed for a large man with a large wrist. I wear it on the last hole in the strap and it is tight. Be careful not to lose the charging wire because it is impossible to replace it. I paid a $100 for it so I am stuck with it but when it is time to replace it I will not get another one of these.

wouldnt work with my i phone 5s took it back and a employee of best buy tryied to pair it with phone and he couldnt do it either

It did well for over a year and then started periodically losing signal with my phone until it shut off one day and wouldn't power on.

The Samsung Fit apparently starts it's 24 hour tracking day at 7am vs midnight. So all steps recorded before 7am go on the previous day. Samsung phones Health app 24 hour cycle starts at midnight and resets the next midnight as it should be, showing the steps during the calendar day. There is no adjustment to be made that I can find. This is why I returned the Fit.

The interface for the tracker in its charger failed after about 3 charging cycles. I mean it won't charge at all. This charging method doesn't have a direct connection. It lasted the 15 day return period and now I'm stuck with having to try and get it back to Samsung for replacement. Naturally I didn't note the 15 day replacement policy.

I know this was an open box purchase, but it is the only time I have purchased an open box item that did not work. This device will not charge no matter what I do. I've tried multiple chargers over months since I purchased this, and done multiple internet searches with no success. In the future I will not purchase an open box device from Best Buy if I can't try it before I buy it.

I was disappointed that this doesn’t sync with an iPhone, the description told me otherwise.

Product not supported for iPhone on the app even though it’s supposed to be compatible.

It works on occasion. I have to sync it to my Samsung Galaxy every couple of days. Much less reliable than the Fit Pro 2 that I used to own.

Synched with my Samsung 10e out of the box, which was a great start. From there, it went all down hill after two days of perfect operation. It randomly turns off, especially at night. I have to remove it and put it back on for it to record stress information. The battery doesn't last but three or four days with limited use. The longer I own it; the more that goes wrong with it. Definitely a disappointing purchase.
