    Been a couple weeks. Battery life is just too bad. Wasn't impressive at first and now not even lasting a whole day.

    It's very simple to use, the screen is responsive but the quality of the fitness band needs to improve.

    Not a good band vs the release videos online. Band forgets settings and configurations overtime. Cannot add custom faces and missing functionality (dual timezone does not work/no option to change the face to one that supports the feature) If you really want this band, wait for the v2 release as this one has too many bugs.

    only last about 4 months then will never come back on .. very disappointed have to get the apple watch

    Returned the 1st one bc it broke in 3 weeks thankfully within the return period but stupidly exchanged for a new replacement rather then refund. The replacement atleast lasted longer then 3 weeks but broke after 3 months and now cannot be returned. If you buy this get the warrantee bc 100 pct you will be returning this it WILL break.

    Zero stars, most horrible online service. did not get the product at all. Had to run around for days searching for online order.3rd party lost it. Then after so many calls with best buy service, I demanded a refunded. They finally refunded and credit money when I stated so many calls it was lost by ontrac. I will never order online ever again!!!

    I received this on January 22 specifically to monitor my workouts. It stopped keeping track of them after February 14. I set it to start, and I it appears to be monitoring my workouts, but when I check the Samsung Health app on my phone, it shows no workout, or says that the workout lasted 0 seconds--in spite of the fact that the phone is sync'd with my wearable.

    Way to expensive and complicated for what we needed it for. Maybe if you are super into fitness and use one 24/7 you may like it, but for the average person its not worth it. Stick to your phones free fitness apps. They can also keep track of steps and what not.

    I was just looking for my receipt to return this, it dies fast and it seems to spend more time charging than on my wrist. My sister bought one as well, don't know if hers is acting the same, it is so dim right now because it needs to be charged so it is very disappointing, I am going back to my regular old watch.

    BestBuy sold me a Fit that was out of warranty!

    BestBuy sold me this brand new on 9/10/2020. However, when it died 3 months later and I contacted Samsung support and registered it I found out that the warranty expired on 7/31/2020...BEFORE it was even sold to me. The product page clearly states 1yr manufacturer warranty...so who's replacing it?

    Does not charge properly

    The tracker will not properly charge. As a fitness tracker it works well but even when first taking it out of the box it had issues charging. I tried it again and it charges intermittently. It is a very frustrating experience, invest in another tracker or you will be frustrated.
