Easy too use. But... bluetooth disconnected too easily...

not as advertise for the battery life, maybe 3 days to 4

I have had to have it replaced 3 times cause it stopped working, stopped charging, or the arms just fell apart. The warranty definitely came in handy. But this last one does not even sync to Samsung health, do the heart rate on the regular or sync to my fitness pal ever.

As a long time Gear user I am familiar with the Samsung way of giving what we want but leaving off something we need every time. This device makes no promise that it'll do this or that and no update to enable it ever comes but instead it does what it says it's gonna do and with updates has actually surpassed the low expectations . My Gear Fit 2 Pro has been taking a beating for almost 3 years now after my Gear S1 took a beating for 2+ years after the OG Gear Fit capability was outgrown. About a year and a half ago I got a crack in the screen of the Pro but it was only in a corner and never hindered it until yesterday when a tap of the wall while swimming laps caused the screen to crack from the original spot in another direction and deep enough to cause the watch to act as if 100 fingers are touching it all over , in essence a boot loop of uselessness so to Best Buy website I go in search of something cheap that will track my heart rate decently. I found an open box Galaxy Fit at a price I liked so I did some research (I'd researched Samsung vs Fitbit vs Garmin vs others a while back including asking users of each) on whether Samsung has updated anything about the watch to make it less bare bones and more reliable, which they have , as well as over the last 2 years S Health has updated majorly so what the hey. For less than the difference between new and open box I found a leather band and screen protector on Amazon so I took the plunge. I'm glad I did. Lighter than the Pro by quite a bit is almost as nice as the thinner and less wide foot print to go along with the just as easy on the eyes display as the Pro . Going from 2 buttons back to 1 is awesome though going from right side to left is taking some getting used to. As I acclimate I wonder how I was ever comfortable with a button on the right in the first place as my thumb naturally works the button and my fingers work the slides I'm already used to. Samsung minimized the capabilities but what it does do it does better than my Pro and they've come a long way on the auto work out detections. I never used the GPS and music players on my Fit2 Pro so I won't miss them at all but I have regained find my phone which wasn't there anymore on the Fit 2 after an update and the update to the Galaxy Fit added a ton of new watch faces and a few other goodies like ability to play/pause/etc the music player for 1 . To me Samsung took a huge step backward when they abandoned the Gear Fit 2 Pro but them going budget minded mode with this model has given me confidence that after a few now years of beating the snot out of my watch I'll be willing to spend my money on another Samsung device. It's paired to a Note10+ running Android 10 with June security patch (latest as of this writing) and it paired up in about 3 minutes and was so easy to do I started it while at a red light and the phone took over while I concentrated on the road. ~3 minutes later at the next red light it was done. Comfort, reliability, durability and price are why I went this route vs trying out another brand. If the claimed battery life turns out to be half of claimed it'll still double my Pro and I was quite ok with 2 days per charge before. Even at the full price of unopened box I think this is a great value and would readily pay that price.

It worked great when it was first purchased but exactly one year and 1 month after owning this device it stopped tracking my steps. The time and all the options show but it doesn’t track anything.

It worked great until a update failed and bricked the device. Samsung wants to charge me $120 to $150 to fix it.

will not turn on AT ALL, will not charge AT ALLARD, and unable to return due to COVID restrictions. Have tried contacting a store and just keep going in circles. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

I got it for a gift and it was very disappointed It only charge once, I tried different plugs and nothing. I plan to return it and ask for an exchange.

Well I am not happy with this item as it stopped working after being charged the first time and was returned.Now it has done it again and is headed back to be returned and get a different fit watch for my wife..very disappointing

3 days after purchase, the looping began. it was one problem after another and i was reinstalling & losing far more data than I was keeping. even had issues syncing with samsung acct & restoring it.

My third review ever Not even a month old and the band is broke. Doesn't count steps all that accurately either but it's nice to give you an idea would've thought it would last longer than that especially from Samsung

I don't like that I cant that once I delete a widget it still shows up on my fitbit. So stupid. I cant change wrist bands either on this watch, u had to glue it on at one end.

Bought this early to give as a Xmas gift. It isn't working! Can't get it to pair with the iphone 12. Hopefully will be able to get this resolved somehow, but very disappointing for my son (and me).

I purchased this watch in September my wifes is still working mine doesn't take a charge anymore the screen goes dark this product does not last

This is a cool little thing but it is totally inaccurate I know exactly how far my walks are added is way low. Waste of money. I return it but I don't have all the Box and papers I don't think.

I returned this product since it didn’t pick up on my heart rate well. It stops tracking when it cannot pick up your heart rate as well. Save your money and purchase a Polar Heart Rate watch.

It froze on me and I contacted Samsung support. They were of little help as it keeps freezing. I am very disappointed and will be returning it next week.

This watch was great when it works, But, it doesn't work anymore. It was less than 1 year. I bought it in Sept 2020, it is only August 2021. Not reliable.

I received this item in the mail and after charging it would not work. I am so discouraged and haven't had the time to deal with it, I haven't done anything about it.

The watch was sent to me broken and I had to return. I had purchased open box and it was labeled excellent condition.
