Gift to myself

I have no complaints so far with this watch and I've had it almost 2 months. I can set it to monitor my heart rate constantly or it offers different intervals. It tells me when I have been inactive for an hour or more and that I need to "get moving". Very happy with the watch and all the functions it offers.
