Quite an accurate step tracking AFTER the update - some older stocks with older firmware is known for being too generous on the steps, make sure you update the firmware with the app. Overall, I am very happy with this. Way better and cheaper than FitBit for my use case. The only con is that you need two different apps, Galaxy Fit & Samsung Health to use in iPhone.

Don’t buy this watch spend more money on a more advanced model, preferably the Apple Watch. This watch is hard to connect to the phone, it dropped connections, reset on its own, the steps aren’t even close to reality and more. But, what is good about this? The size is nice and needs to be recharged in a few days, unlike the Apple Watch. It looks good. That’s about it.

Then it suddenly began showing my heart rate at 145 then 169! Ridiculous! I checked it alternatively and it was 61, my normal, inactive range. (I wasnt even exercising, just sitting.) Then it quit working entirely...the green light wasnt functioning. I tried everything on the band and the phone. Nothing worked. Everything else worked just fine, so Im sorry to have to return it.

However, when it comes to actual function you might as well strap a toaster to your arm. The highly inaccurate heart rate tracker is usually around 20 BPM from the actual, which kinda defeats the whole purpose given the fact that its entire value as a fitness tracker rests on the heart rate monitor. But if your looking for an overpriced paper weight this is the product for you.
