I thought that horse games between AT&T and Samsung are thing of the past but apparently I am wrong. Not sure what is up between AT&T and Samsung that cannot resolve these advanced calling features. No WiFi calling, no VoLTE and no native visual voicemail. For this kind of money even one star is too much for not being able to resolve this king of things. Even Verizon works better with unlocked devices. This device goes on eBay/Swappa.

WARNING! This phone is a piece of junk! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! Samsung won't even stand up to the well known issue of the horrible screen problem.

Really a great combination between a pad and a phone. I liked it so much I sent back my iPhone 11pro... don't listen to the haters on websites who have not given this product a fair shake. I am older so I love the fact with aging eyes I can open it up and actually read my emails and texts before fi doing glasses. Well done samsung

First I will say that the phone itself is awesome. Great camera, beautiful screen, and love the look and feel of it! But beware, this phone is extremely fragile. I have used this phone for a total of 3 days. Bought it for myself for Christmas. No damage, drops, water exposure, NOTHING. I opened the phone to its full screen today and there is a dead pixel area with line going down the seam. Random. I Did absolutely nothing to the screen. I called Samsung and they set up for me to return it to them as this should be covered under warranty which is good, however for so much money I would expect better quality than this. I’m just crossing my fingers that the turnaround for fixing/replacing it is quick.

I traded my iPhone XS Max for a Note 10 Plus and was absolutely thrilled with it. I couldn't resist getting the fold and it just on another level. Still have and love my Note 10 but the fold is so futuristic and the 3 app multitasking is perfect for me as a business owner. Haven't had to touch my laptop since I turned it on!!! Highly recommended!!!

We have heard about folding displays for many many years and this is the FIRST consumer device that you can buy right now that folds. I got the unlocked one in Silver and use it on Mint Mobile. Let me tell you it's a premium device and a head turner. Everyone wants to see it and touch it and they are amazed by it. It's a premium product all the way around. Looks and works like SyFy and it's amazing. I love it. Kudos to Samsung for being so innovative and taking the risk. I LOVE my new Galaxy Fold.

This device... WOW I don't even know on where to begin.. It is definitely one of its kind and its very fast as Samsung offer much spacious for all around use productivity, music, video, and not to mention gaming!! this is beautiful from the design to the layout of the hardware.. I love it!! The only drawback is the the lack of cases for it but over all a MUST BUY!!! ^_^

I won't go into the details and reviews of the phone. However the surprising thing is that most reviewers say it's expensive. compare it with the Iphone 11 Pro max: the 512 gb is 1449: no ear pods, no 7.3 inch screen. no 2 screens... no new tech.. no and no and no. If Apple will make a similar phone, it will charge thousands.

The very first smart phone without buttons id owned was a smasung galaxy, and it was awful. I took it back, it's the only phone I've ever returned and that was 11 years ago. Had I not been an idiot and played with, then left out and my kiddos found then lost the headphones, which are so cool id have probably kept the phone anyways to give to my daughter AND KEPT headphones. This phone is no good old outdated. I unboxed it, open my shiny new fold, power that sucker on, and to my dismay a spot to the left, a pixel apparently hadn't had it for an hour. The open to fold glitches non stop, my boyfriend bought one as well and same thing. The sales rep for Samsung at our local best buy was helleacious to say the least, but by far the worst sales person my boyfriend has had to deal with, well besides the actual employees at the chico store where we purchased the phones. The cases are ridiculous and even inside there is a big giant plastic warning saying the fold is garbage and if you have kids or live dont buy it. So thank you samsung for scaring the happiness of a new phone out of me before I actual got enjoy it, but then again the pixel should have been expected. Its 2020 and you are selling a no dust, no water or flat coins phone in an age like this pandemic one were currently in, what a waste. Maybe next time you will make a phone customers can touch while interacting with the salemans, but nope he snears at us like we weren't good enough, well its obviously because this is an outdated garbage tech meant to wow not do. We couldn't touch it cause its sucks and breaks out of the box.

I wish I could this a valid review but I ordered in December being told I would have one by January 4th available for pick up. Went to pick up and not only was it not there, I was told they had no information on when it would be. How is this possible?
