Super cool and fun smart watch. I love how it can take great pictures and all the other capabilities it has.

It is a lot of fun being able to personalize my watch. The only problem I have is with the messaging. I wish you could see all of your emails even if it were just text. You can only see newly unopened emails or received texts. Other than that it is great. I enjoy having pictures of my wife and grand babies on my wrist.

It didn't do a whole lot, at the time I purchased it there were I believe something like 5-10 apps. For the money I spent I really expected a lot more out of it. It did work well as a Bluetooth speakerphone, at the same time it didn't seem easy to figure out how to switch the conversations back to the phone without turning off Bluetooth. It also worked ok as a camera , but I don't take a ton of pictures. Probably the coolest feature was that it worked with MyFitnessPal to scan barcodes for entering food into diary. I'll wait a year or two to see what comes in the future with these things.

The phone is very handy for taking pictures and for hands free Drive over all a great phone five stars I would recommend this phone/super cool watch.

Easy to use, love the shortcuts, love taking the discreet pictures that come out great. Would recommend to anyone. Just kinda pricy but worth it.

Overall, I found the Galaxy Gear very useful. There are quite a few great apps available for it, not to mention the ones that are already buil into the smart watch itself. Since I do not own a vehicle that has Bluetooth compatibility, it is very nice to not have to take my phone out of my pocket every time that it rings while I am driving (and the same can be said for most situations at home or at work when receiving a phone call or text message. All positives aside, I felt that putting the camera on the watchband itself, was a very poor decision, as I was constantly bumping the camera into something, and always felt as if I was going to damage the camera by doing so. Also, not being able to change the band for the watch is a major negative, as while I has the watchband set to the largest setting available, it was still very tight around my wrist,

Such a handy yet modern gadget!! Very useful and fun to use!! Yet a very stylish and fashionable piece of technology to have as arm candy !!

This is a good product for use with Samsung smart phones. However, the battery life is short and the availability of applications is limited. Regardless, you will likely enjoy using this product if you have a Samsung smart phone.

Good accessory. However it needs to be compatible with more devices.

Excellent addition for any gadget or info junkie. A quick glance at your wrist and you have text! Notifications &caller id.

I had wanted the Galaxy Gear since I first saw a commercial last Fall. The price was high but I just had to have the technology. I was not dissapointed. I have had a lot of fun learning how to use it. It is very functional for me. It is convenient and works well. I get good battery life and I really enjoy many of the features. As I learn more about what it can do I am thrilled. I love showing it off and telling others about it. I had not wanted a smart phone until the Galaxy Gear came out.

Was a gift for my gadget geek hubby....he wore it some and then the novelty wore off. :(

I would recommend this watch to anyone who wants to stay up to date on emails, text, etc without pulling out their device.

I really love the idea of the wearable tech industry. When the Gear went on sale, I couldn't resist. Emails, texts, calls, and social notifications on my wrist? Awesome. Unfortunately, of those 4 categories, I was only able to get calls. Although the Gear is supposed to get Gmail/Facebook/Twitter updates, mine did not. I use Google Hangouts for texts so I couldn't get those either. I called Samsung and told them and they didn't even know the Gear was supposed to get those updates, and had zero protocol for what to do if one isn't. I sent it back to best buy and got another one. Still nothing. The watch is currently at Samsung getting "tested" to see if they can get the watch to work. If not, I'm returning it. Don't release a product if it doesn't work next time Samsung.

Use mostly when driving, very handy. Also has a good camera.

Most people don't know you can update the 1st gen via Samsung Kies to run the latest version of Tizen. This makes the 1st gen as good as the neo 2nd gen at a lower price point. I can't conplain since I got this open box and discounted when these went down to 69.99.

i bought this even tho expensive for its convenience....it is that BUT if you have good dexterity you do not need it

great watch, only problem it isn't waterproof. other than that it actually looks good with my suit and work clothes.

But not great, tried to do to many things and wasn't exceptional at any of them
