BESTBUY REFUSED TO GIVE A REFUND AT THE MONROEVILLE MALL STORE IN PITTSBURGH. HAD TO SEND PHONE TO SAMSUNG WAITING FOR IT TO RETURN. UNDERSTAND THEY DO NOT WORK EVEN AFTER RETURN REPAIRS. STUCK WITH IT.
