Wrong Sim Size on Website - Returned!

Having read that it was compatible with micro sims, I decided to go for it. Unfortunately, I received the phone & only a nano sim would fit. I didn't want to purchase a nano with my carrier so I decided to return it. The lady at the Best Buy customer service counter told me that even though the Best Buy site gave me the wrong information I still had to pay the $35 restocking fee. She said I couldn't even get store credit. This was not the item I was led to believe I was purchasing. I do not think that this was fair or good customer service. Imagine if this were happening to a lot of customers. I know this review wasn't about the phone- just my experience in general. Be careful.

Feature: screen lock timing issue

Setting any interval (1min,2min,5min,10min, etc..) aren't holding,and phone goes immediately to lock screen. It got really annoying.
