Horrible! Not worthy of even one star!! Purchased it with an otter box case and glass screen protector for my son. He had it a total of ten days when the screen went black. Never once dropped it! Took it back to the store with the receipt and all they could say was... you didn't buy the insurance. Guess what?! We were never offered insurance. Absolutely the worst service when we bought it and a cocky attitude when we brought it back. Shame on you Best Buy Modesto. Never will you have our business again!

After updating this phone, in "private mode" the other caller cannot hear you. you can hear them though. Same thing on 2 phones.

The phone works well for the money - but it is way too fragile. Geek squad does not repair J3, both the Geek squad and Samsung technician ridiculed me for buying such a "cheap" phone and said what did you expect? The LCD cracked from a single drop even with a dual layer case and glass screen protector. The outer glass was unscratched, not a direct hit, the shock started a small crack to the internal LCD and spread to total display in ~6 hrs. Can not enter unlock code, phone is trash

This product is good for the price that comes. However, not all the SIM card will fit into it. We had difficulty in accommodating our existing SIM card.

This phone was extremely slow downloading anything, including apps. It is extremely small which makes it difficult to read or key in letters.

The phone was advertised as compatible with AT&T but the dealer was unable to get it to work. Because of our schedule I needed to purchase a replacement at the dealer; when the phone was returned to Best Buy they charged me a significant restocking few, even though it was not as advertised, because we did not being bring it to their store - - which was closed at the time we were at the AT&T dealer. I won't risk that again!

The reason I like more or less is, That samsung phones do not allow you to remove and put applications that really if they serve you.

Overall not happy with this phone...very slow not enough network to get the call

I bought this phone for my son who is travelling overseas as it was unlocked and he could use local sim cards. After two weeks the screen completely died and to fix would cost him the same cost as the phone. Out of all the phones I have owned, and that is a considerable number, this is only the second one that I would never get again.

camera need to be upgrade phone is okay I would recommended it as a beginner phone

Typing characters becomes slower as phone memory is increasingly consumed.

The phone came with a battery that doesn't fit. We are taking it into the store today. Depending on how easily the issue is resolved we may change the review but at this moment we have a completely unusable Christmas gift and a bummed recipient.

Phones speaker is defective. Never buying again from best buy.

This phone drops calls ....also don't recieve most calls coming through. Was on a tight budget for replacement phone but still paid 160.00 for this phone. I believe it is over priced and would not recommend.

I bought this cel phone as a gift to a friend in Brasil and in less than 1 year this phone started heating all the time. How can I exchange this iPhone now??? Bad product !!!
