I went very excited looking for a unlocked phone, I saw this phone and I trusted it was samsung, but I am very disappointed, the phone doesn't work correctly I can not listen good and for my bad luck the day I was planning on returning because I just had the phone for 8 days, it turned off and didn't turned on again at all. I can't returned because I didn't buy the insurance with the phone, now I am stuck with a phone that doesn't work at all, I took the phone with a technician and they said the screen is damaged and if I want to fixed I have to pay over 160$.

    Extremely Disappointed

I purchased two phones for Christmas gifts; one for a T-Mobile user and one for a US Cellular user. We had issues and could not get one of them to work with USC so I returned it to BB. I was charged $35 as a restocking fee!!! It was advertised as compmatible with a GSM carrier, which USC indicated it is. After complaining to the GM about the userous fee when the phone did not work as advertised she agreed to "allow" me to apply the $35 against an appliance purchase I was considering. Did not find what I needed so I'm screwed. BE CAREFUL!

I've had several smart phones and this is the worst one I've ever owned. I bought it after my iphone died and have had it for a little over a month now. My apps are continuously crashing, the battery does not last long between charges, and the screen is constantly freezing.
