My younger daughter. She likes it and as a matter of fact i had her transfer her files from a Tracfone to this phone. So this is her very first phone. Her music plays very clear.

Works perfectly well, not the latest upgrades etc but it meets all basic needs of a smart phone. if you are looking for a budget phone, i recommend this one.

phone does not ring randomly on incoming calls and shows no notification in Phone app about missed calls, happens a few times per week. I only know of the call when voice mail arrives. Next phone call gets through and rings with no issues. Stopped by the store to talk to Samsung rep - they never heard about it. I don't believe it as there are people complained about this issue on Galaxy phones on Samsung message board for a while. Factory reset, cache clearing did not resolve an issue, no apps have been downloaded, Do Not Disturb is Off. Galaxy J7 has an exact same issue. Poor software quality.

Good device but touchscreen is difficult to use at the borders and in general the touchscreen is too sensitive

Works great with the watch/health tracker. My husband can't hear his phone at work and the watch vibrates to let him know someone is calling.
