Purchased this phone for my 82 year old mother in law due to easy use mode. First smart phone for her no problem for her to learn how to use.

I was part of the note 7 recall during that time sprint and best buy stop honoring the upgrade policy which my npte 7 was . So i was stuck with the options of keep the note 7 that was paid for already (untill samsung cut battery life and service to it. Buy a new phone i didn't want because i utilize the note feature for work. Or go back to my note 2 and buy note tablets to transfer all my 7 years of info onto because i had no space left and had to reture the 7 mind you for a stpre credot which is what I did. Until the note 2 started to go on me so i had no choice to buy somthing inexpensive so i can pay it off so if bu some chane a new note comes out soon I will have my upgrade stil . That being said the phones itself functions and features are ok for the price the size is small for me considering what i was using. Biggest issue is the camera not the quality of the pictures are not good .its like comparing apples to oranges However for the price its a good basic phone .

Got this phone for my two little ones to carry with them when they are away from home for the night. Good phone to start out with.

Purchased two phones, one for my brother & one for my mother. Both love the phone & have found it user friendly.

My daughter is 11 and had this for 2 weeks without any complaints. She had the J3 prior and would still have it but it fell and the screen hit a point off of furniture and the screen was fine but 3/4 of the display could not be read. The repair cost was almost the price of a new J3 Emerge, so that is what we did.
