Erika was GREAT !!!

We were on the phone with customer service, she was on the phone with her liaison. After hours of being in the store, one by one, Erika resolved our issues and even stayed past the end of her shift. We were happy customers when we left the store. And we LOVE our new Samsung S8+. THANK YOU Erika !!!
