DO NOT BUY - STAY AWAY - IT IS A JUNK
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this phone for my daughter for her study abroad. We received it on May 9, 2017. A week later she flew to Italy, then she traveled to the South. Few days after her arrival, the screen started to flicker. She had difficulty to switch the phone on, she needed to try 2, 3 times. The phone went dead on May 29, after she arrived in Rome. Calling Samsung revealed that it was not sold in U.S.!!! BB refused to replace that phone. Having it repaired by Samsung does not make sense. My daughter arrives from Rome on July 4 and few days later she fly to Sydney, Australia for 5 months study. For selling a junk, for your "ability to understand", for my $200 thrown in a mud, I will never buy anything from you Best Buy again.
