No issues with phone, as of yet. Camera is crappy, poor picture quality. If you want to take lots of great pics and videos, this phone is not for you.

Having issues with calls dropping...attempting to have resolved.

It is a nice looking phone good features but once you put two sim cards it jams and stops working. Also from time to time it gives us an error message that the phone.android app stopped working

I am not able to use this phone and it needs to be returned! This is an international phone that's meant to be used over seas. The phone is useless to me.

The phone was sent to Nigeria for my mom and it hasn't worked yet because of sticky pad. I would be returning this item.

I use my phone for work with e-mails; text messages; camera shots of documents; and for telephonic calls. Phone has been a great value; replaced my previous Samsung 5; and battery life is super.

This phone is a great value. It is easy to use, the battery holds charge for a long time, camera takes clear pictures with use of flash and has a slot for an sd card so you never run out of storage space.

I purchased the phone in January. 18-20 days later, I had charging and freezing problems with the phone. I also tried other chargers of Samsung, but they didn't work well. I called the bestbuy online support and got a reply that 15 days return period is over so I cannot return or exchange it. In October, I came to know about the manufacturer warranty. I tried to call the online support for the problem. I got an answer that the phone is under warranty for 1 year and I should go to the local store for the resolution of my problem. When I talked with a representative at local Bestbuy store they told that it is not under bestbuy, but the manufacturer's warranty and gave me a number to contact them. When I again called the given number, I was told that the phone is under international warranty under some SAM mobile and Samsung US cannot do anything. I still have the phone and the problems unresolved. Do not purchase the phone if it mentions international warranty, without confirming everything. Good Luck.

It supports the bands used in my home country, but SIMs other that US are not supported. When you will put other sim, it will ask for CODE. It means it is locked for US Sims only. This information was not given in product description
