Is this a great item or not, well I have just picked up this item today and I have not had time to really evaluate it. But it must be Great

This is my second Samsung Smart phone and I'm STILL as pleased as I was in the very beginning!

Bought this for my aunt it’s a good phone. It’s no iPhone but it is a decent phone I would recommend to some one who wants to get away.

Great phone and easy to navigate. My mom is not tech savvy but she can navigate through this phone with no problem. Thank you Samsung

It’s a great phone, my wife uses all kinds of social media and with this phone I haven’t gotten any complaints from her.

Some of the bling but not overloaded, good value. Conveniently found a cover so good to go out of box. BB customer service is top tier.
