Failed after one day
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this yesterday and everything was working great. I was able to transfer all my minutes, texts, and data from my old Tracfone (a Samsung J3 Luna) and get this new phone operating within minutes. The bigger screen screen is power hungry and it requires charging more often than my old phone buts thats to be expected. This morning, I noticed that I wasn't getting internet access when I had data enabled and wifi off. I tried rebooting and resetting to factory defaults, but could not get data back. Returned phone to Best Buy. I hope this was just the one phone because I'm going to try getting a new one tomorrow.
