Over all its a very decent affordable phone if you use it only for the basics,

I purchased this phone on November 12...when I tried to activate it I was told I could not do it.....phone was NOT SCANNED prior to being shipped...neither were two airtime cards.....very disappointed with best buy now....tried to call customer service but was put on hold for over an hour...BAD DEAL BY BEST BUY!!!!!

I purchased this phone Thanksgiving night and STILL have not been able to activate it! I've spent hours on the phone with people who can barely communicate and resolve nothing from Total Wireless. I've gone to other stores and no one knows what is wrong with it. Finally, metropcs told me that it was probably locked and that Best Buy and/or Total Wireless should have made sure it was ready to go before it was purchased. I don't think I'll ever buy anything online from Best Buy as this is not the first bad experience I've had and I definitely will NEVER use TRACFONE or TOTAL WIRELESS and will go out of my way to tell people not to use these companies and not to use Best Buy's website to order anything. Now I have to drive all the way back to this store to see if they feel like helping me resolve this issue.

I really like this phone. It has great specs at an affordable price. I really like the camera. It has decent battery life. Fast processor. Decent amount of ram but wish it had like 3 or 4 GB ram. It preforms better than I expected for the price. I've had this phone since around late November/ Early December. I'm glad I choose this phone. I was expecting this phone to be trash but I actually like this device. I would recommend getting a Miro SD card cuz it has 16 gb internal storage but part is used by operating system and other stuff but it's still not bad. I would recommend this device for the specs and affordable price. So far the best affordable prepaid phone I've owned.

We bought this phone because it was what looked like a good deal around Mothery Day. One month later we have a peace of plastic on our hands that we can even restart. We can't return it because it's too late, we were supposed to do it within 2 weeks or so. And we bought two of them for our teenage daughters so they can always reach out for help. Very disappointed

The phone itself is fine. We have a couple of them through Straight Talk that work perfectly. TOTAL WIRELESS IS A PIECE OF CRAP

i requested a ATT Samsung phone and it ends up being a Verizon. Someone made an error and Im unable to use phone.

Phone is not all that great. Total Wireless service is even worse. I've already switched.

Coming from the Galaxy J7 Sky Pro, this is very similar with the exception of a faster processor and much stronger camera. There are some apps that can't be removed, like Facebook and Bixby (Samsung's answer to Alexa) There is the addition of a blue light filter and facial recognition. However, they've done away from the removable back, so no battery replacement. Samsung Switch made moving all the info seamless. 16GB internal memory might not be enough for some but there is an SD card slot. Android 8.0. It's a great phone.

Don't buy. This phone can't even handle Facebook! And you only have 14 days to return it.

Returned. Sold as 5Lte phone but still only 4 Lte. 5Lte not here for 2 years.

I just bought this for $70 and am impressed. I think it is very good value for the money. I thoroughly researched it beforehand and there have been few surprises. The one surprise is that the battery life is excellent. I had read complaints about this. I'm a pretty heavy user and I have not needed to charge it through the day. With moderate use, it could last a day and a half or more. The camera is really excellent for a phone at this price. I'm very pleased with this purchase.

This phone is great! Nothing compares in the price range! Would give 5 stars if it had True Miracast. True Miracast is supposed to be supported since Android 4.2 but somehow this phone doesn't wtf. Smart View wont even see my Microsoft Wireless Display Adapter a Certified Miracast Device my Galaxy Tab A 10.1 connects to it just fine and its an older device smh

I've had this for a year. Works well. Takes good pictures and video.

My Cell phone was awesome for a whole 2 Yrs. then it just quit.
