I bought to use and a non-cellular device for WiFi calling. It works great and actually is more responsive than many other cheap phones that I have tried for the same purpose.

However the phone is locked to the Verizon network only that is weak in my area. Need ATT network, so had to return.

The DYI transfer of phone number and apps on a scale of 1-5 a 4. Used the transfer app but not everything transferred. It took about a day and a half to get the number transferred from a different carrier.
