I loved it but wanted something else. Great phone.

Works great, rates are reasonable and easy to use.

After to many years my cellphone started giving me some trouble and went and got this one. Great cameras and pictures quality, unbelievable cellphone for the price. Very happy with purchase.

This phone was purchased for a family member who really likes it. I am an IOS user so I can’t get into specifics on this item, but she’s in her late 60’s and had no problems whatsoever with the use and performance of this device.

In terms of a backup smart phone, wifi device, phone for kids, this is fine. Decent size screen and Android functionality. The problem is the camera is very poor. Very low quality photos and video has no focus and stabilization. Videos on this kept blurring trying to focus. Spend a little more and get a middle to higher end Samsung Galaxy phone

Not a bad little Samsung phone. I just wish they wouldn't keep updating it. The last update made it look like a childs phone. Guess they're trying to keep up with iPhone. If I wanted an iPhone, I would have bought an iPhone.

First let me say that I purchased 2 of these exact phones prior to this one, and I am completely satisfied with the product. That is why when I found out that a family member needed a new phone, I thought this would be a good one. I bought this at the end of November. I got a very good price. I wrapped it and gave it as a Christmas present. Unfortunately the recipient was hoping for a different phone. Here's the problem...Best Buy won't take the phone back, even unopened with receipt, after December 13th, 2019. Twelve days before Christmas:( ...Now I have an extra phone that I have no use for. My fault completely. I should have paid more attention to the timing of this purchase and the details...like return policy. Lesson learned. Not a good idea to make Christmas purchases at Best Buy more than ten days before the holiday. This could also apply to birthdays, anniversaries or any other occasion that requires a purchase in advance of the event. Of course I'll still shop at Best Buy, but this will probably temper future purchases. Just saying.

This is a great phone. Its octacore and runs programs really good. It has equal storage space and ram.

We bought 2 of these phones to donate and they were so happy and I am glad I could help other people

GREAT PHONE FOR ANY AGE, bought this for my daughter for xmas so we haven't opened it yet but i have a similar phone. came in a timely fashion in good condition

Bought to use for ibotta and shopkick. Needed a newer version of android do to app updates. Not using as a phone but for wifi in stores.

Got it for the Brothers-in-law and he is very happy. He is a bit rough on phones so this inexpensive one should do the trick just in case.

Cheap phone but it works. Don't got for this if you want power out storage though. It's for people who call on the phone, not for people looking for a mobile computer.

Good phone for my needs and for the amount of time I use a cell phone.

I had some text issues and trouble with people hearing me in calls with the first phone. Exchanged it for a new phone, same style, hoping that it will not have any problems.

The j-7 is a good phone we get excellent reception I'm sure it will be good for my daughter

The only issue i have, no lights when u put phone on charge or when u receive a notification

Love Samsung phones. Easy to set up and use. Great display.
