Goooooooooooooooooood Since i was a boy i wanted

Sometimes the tablet dont work but is a chip tablet

Worked for what i invisioned it for. Good graphics.

I am on my second one in about month. The first one just quit and would not charge. Picking up a wifi on both of my units is terrible. It will pick it up wifi the first time with a pass code then good luck in getting it to work after that, a error code keeps popping up. I probably am going to return this tablet and get another kids version. Disappointed I have always gotten quality products from Samsung.

I originally purchased this as a gift for my toddler. I'm a huge fan of Samsung. However, this is not the tablet it is hyped up to be. First there is a monthly subscription I was weary of. After giving in and paying it, I found there were very few children friendly apps and the streaming content lacked up to date cartoons and shows your toddler may be familiar with. I cancelled the subscription and continued to be charged for it long after I took the tablet back and exchanged it for the Amazon Fire tablet(way better in my opinion). It took months to get the billing corrected even though the device was unregistered after the return.

This tablet doesn't work we change it one time but we still had the same problem with the new one always Frozen and not even a year old and it just didn't turn on anymore..

Got this for my son for Christmas last year and it worked well for the first month or so. The battery life does not last long at all. Not only does it not last, the charge time takes up half of the day. Not a good purchase

Well, I returned it. That should say a lot. Right at start up it required updates. As the updates started running the tablet froze. I could not get it to do anything for nearly an hour. Eventually it came back, but still, not a good sign from a brand new device. It's also not super user friendly. I was barely able to navigate it much less my 6yo. Also the graphics are TERRIBLE!!! Really low quality. We ended up purchasing the new Fire 10 Kids Edition. It is a much better product.

Its not the best tablet price is good but its just not the best my 6 year old hates the image and size and sound its not lould yup both have returned besides that the screen is very fradgile

First android product tried and very bad experience.. too complicated to navigate for setup. Setup failed and had to do it all over again and it kept asking to pay up for APPs they said were free..

Battery only last for about an hour , also the screeen keeps on freezing every time , wouldn’t buy this product again , not worth the money

The tablet is ok, has ads pop up on it and that is what my mom didn't like about her fire. I tried to cancel the extended warrant in the store, all they would give me was a store credit. They got my money.i used a visa gift card to purchase this, plus some cash. My money could be spent anywhere. They said I could BUY a card that I could use anywhere. They didn't give me my card back. I am sure I will not get one of these to fill out for an order I placed 12/10/16. That is a very long unhappy story. I am through with best buy, will not spend another dime there.

This doesn’t work unless you pay for a subscription every year which is like $100. If I wanted to keep paying for my kids to actually be able to play we would go to an arcade

It has no memory, n every game my kid wants to play, had to be downloaded, each time It's hard to use, I do not like this tablet

My daughter hates it ... its sooo slow ... she went back to using her amazon fire tablet with a crack screen

The limitations placed on the operating system and apps it can support made it not worth the place. We went with a cheaper, non-name tablet with more app access for my kids.

The tablet froze up so I took it back for another one. Best Buy didn't have another one to exchange so now we have no tablet.

My child dropped this and the screen went white and has not changed since......

I brought this for my kid and you had to buy all the learning games for my kid just to enjoy it. So I just took it back and got something els

You can not download ANY apps youll actually use. Not compatible is what it always says. It is SUPER SUPER slow and we never use it because I cant even download children's games for her. It was a waste of $213. A pure waste. DO NOT BUY THIS! I tried to return it during the window of time and they said I couldnt then tur ed out I could but was only told that after the return window expired.
