Lack of Memory
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.With technology nowadays and the way kids use tablets at a younger and younger age, you think that they would make a kids tablet with more memory storage than 8GB. The operating system already takes up 2.6GB and then there is the Samsung kids app which you can't delete which take up another 2GB. You are really left with nothing. They literally wanted you to buy this just so that you can subscribe to the Samsung kids app and do nothing else with it.

Waste of money

I had difficulty setting up and running

I had to go back to the store and the sales person setup with difficulty and I attempted to us at a hotel. I logged in to the guest network and all the set would do is indicate that the App was downloading. It indicated downloading for over one hour and I finally turned off. I could never get beyond this stage.

Terrible tablet

Samsung cannot explain why the app is so old and wondered when I bought it. Xmas 2018. Current products have 7.9 OS. Don’t buy! I bought 4 to use with Sphero products and they can’t download any software. All had to be returned.
