Samsung 1 800 number was not helpful was on the phone for 2 hours transfered 10 times than disconnected. Had to go back to best buy to have them activate the devise and it took the over a hour to activate it.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I initially bought my son the Amazon kids fire tablet for Christmas and it was so slow and horrible so I took it back and bought the nabi tab which took about 5 minutes just to start up so I returned that as well. Then I found this one which is awesome it can be used for adults or children. My son can play on it for long periods of time or over a period of days with out charging it and the battery holds up. My only complaint would be the memory i would prefer it to have a little bit more but I bought a memory card and overall it's been great and my 6 year old loves it. I would definitely recommend it for any parent searching for a good kids tablet under $130
