This is a good product for kids young but not any older than 6 0r seven. There's not enough memory that comes standard so you do have To by the memory card otherwise it's useless. It's hard to figure out how to get the games on to the memory tablet. It does have a lot of games available to play but like I said it's hard to get the memory onto the card so you can download additional games. Wish we could return it but best buy now only has a return. Of fourteen days which is no fair.

Bought this tablet for the kids and so far loving it can't complain much. Is durable and affordable. So far no regrets.

bought this for my 3 year old granddaughter -she absolutely loves it and that's all that matters.

My 4 year old son loves this tablet. It was easy to set up and charges pretty fast. I have no complaints.

I have a Seaver autistic son who loves his tablets. Not the best but very good for its price. Don’t forget the warranty !!! Best Buy is GREAT for returns and broken tablets..I love how it’s got google play because some of the games he likes it’s on amazon

I just purchased this tablet and I am disappointed to find out that the kids mode is $4.99 per month after the 3 month trial. I didn't catch it until after I bought it. I will keep it but I am not paying the $5 per month.

I bought this for my 5 year old, 4 years ago. It still works great and is has awesome quality. This year am looking for an upgrade the one we have is going to a little cousin.

Last year i bought a Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7" from walmart for $99 and its been running strong ever since, i should of bought 2 because now they're gone and this junk showed up. This with the case on is almost 5 lbs heavy, my 2 year old cant hold it for too long because its so heavy! The software sucks on it and KitKat 4.4.4 is just horrible! JellyBean is flawless and i suggest u spend few more dollars and get a real tablet, not a 'starter kit'.

my grandson loves his tablet it comes with kids mode and adults can use it too,

These are supposed to be made for kids and has a case to keep them from breaking. My boys had them for less than a week and both screens are broken just by setting them down. Neither were thrown or slammed. Best buy refused to help and will cost me more to fix the screen than it did to buy the whole thing new.

It worked really well and still works, very sturdy and kids friendly

Do not but this model. I bought this in August and it has already died. The battery cost $60 which is more the half the price of this tablet. SMH Worked fine at first but now is useless. Never buying an open box item from Best Buy again. Probably my last purchase at Best Buy altogether. 14 day return policy is a joke too. Buy from Walmart they have 90 day return.

Bought this as a gift for an i year old and he loves it. Also comes with three months free subscription and after than the prices are very cheap as well.
