For the price..go get a regular galaxy tab and download what YOU want on it....the program itself is difficult for even an adult..its not user friendly ...rather..all over the place. Get a samsung tablet and bumper cover...thats it!

Bought this for my son for Christmas. Extremely disappointed. The display is not vivid. It's dull and hurts my eyes to look at. The Kids App is a paid service. The storage is terrible, even with the SD card. There are much better tablets for your money...don't waste it on this one.

This product worked for just under a year, then it stopped taking a charge. I had to bring it back to Best Buy and send it away to be fixed by Samsung. They fixed it and it worked for about 6 months, then it stopped taking a charge again. By that time the warranty was out so Best Buy would not replace it. I bought it at the Best Buy in Plymouth, so I went back there to see if I could exchange. I was told that these things don't last that long and I'm better off buying a new one. When I spoke to the manager I specifically asked him if Best Buy was okay with selling a product that didn't last 2 years, and that the only way for me to get another was to buy a new one, the manager responded yes. Hopefully someone at Best Buy actually reads this and does the right thing.

I bought the tablet for my kid for a road trip. The product was VERY weak compared to the LG tablet I bought. But the worst part is that I had to put in my CC# in order to start the tablet. Here I am months later after the return, sitting on the phone with Samsung for the 4th time. And none were short calls. No one at Samsung can cancel the subscription. So I'm getting charged for a product I don't even. I verified the Samsung kids subscription was canceled before returning the device. They literally have had to transfer me to 5 different people to cancel a 5 dollar subscription. Samsung is trying to be the best and they are spread thin resulting in poor quality and horrible service. WILL NEVER BY FROM SAMSUNG AGAIN APPLE FOR LIFE

I cannot believe that it's been less than 20 days and this thing chapped out on us. The tablet it frozen on the lock screen! The backlight will turn on and off but it won't restart. This tablet was bought to replace a 3 year old LG tablet but now we've gone back to it. So much for Samsung being superior. It seems like Samsung is continuing to charge premium pricespecially for subpar equipment and reliability. I guess I can look at the brightside and say AT LEAST IT DIDN'T CATCH FIRE.
